Managed over 5 large cybersecurity tracks as part of the remediation to address critical risks to maritime operational technology (OT). These projects include Network architecture (Tempered Network), Asset Management/Discovery using Forescout, Maritime OT system upgrades, SIEM Enhancement, System Logging for OT systems support security incident. Some of the other major responsibilities include:
• Manage the budget of 13M across all tracks included in the remediation.

• Managed the CoCoCay project as part of the PDI with site survey and penetration testing for Tempered Network and Forescout implementation.

• Work with the Director of Maritime Cybersecurity to create the next year’s vision and remediation projects.
• Work with the team to review, interpret the future regulations for IMO guidelines.
