Team Running for Aidan, Corp.
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
-
Co Founder, President
Jul 2010 - Dec 2017
Team Running for Aidan was founded in 2010 in memory of my son Aidan Jackson who passed away at birth due to a kidney defect. To date we have raised over $100,000 for various children's charities and foundations through grass roots fundraising, and hosting events. We are a registered 501(c)3 public charity.
Our mission is to provide support to (i) children affected by birth defects, diseases, syndromes and cancers; and (ii) their families. We provide families of North Texas with care packages and, for disadvantaged families, financial support for medical and funeral expenses. We hope that in giving to families who are going through what we have that we can bring honor to our son Aidan and comfort to others.
