My time at Omni Hotels & Resorts was marked with increasingly broad responsibilities and several milestone successes, many of which were a first for the Omni brand marketing program.

After identifying the posting trend where guests refer to their experiences as happening “At The Omni”, I developed the #AtTheOmni campaign and blog in 2013 as a hub for Omni's content initiatives and a target for social and PR-driven traffic. 250+ articles in 3 years, traffic driven with coordinated web, email and social support, incremental room booking conversions. #AtTheOmni proved to be an important and effective component of the overall brand content strategy, and still runs today.

On four separate occasions I developed programs that resulted in national hashtag trending. For example, when Omni opened the Omni Nashville Hotel, I created the grand opening influencer event and national sweepstakes that resulted in the #OmniNashville hashtag trending nationally at the same moment that Monday Night Football, ObamaCare, and the government shutdown were trending.
