With a strong background in P&L management, M&A, financial planning, and accounting, Matt has consistently delivered outstanding results throughout his career.

Throughout his career, Matt has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Forcepoint LLC (Formerly Raytheon|Websense), Raytheon, and Global Integrated Sensors (GIS). He has led large teams of up to 300+ people and has extensive international experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Matt's specialties lie in international contract negotiations, financial leadership for large and complex product lines, and driving transformation and scalability across various disciplines. He holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University.
