Summary
I am an HR leader, executive/leadership coach, and training professional with over 13 years of experience in all bodies of knowledge in HR. My career has led me to work in several states within the US, The Maldives, and onboard cruise ships. I have been blessed to explore the beauty of over 70 countries and to live in 5 of them. I cherish being able to learn about different cultures and languages. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed developing, coaching, and training leaders throughout all stages of their careers. I wanted to learn more tools to coach and train leaders which prompted me to go to grad school and gain a leadership coaching certification. At the end of 2022, I earned my Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development (MSLHRD) from LSU. The desire to develop my leadership skills and those of others prompted me to join the ICF-accredited Leadership and Performance Development Coaching Certification program through ACT/Brown University School of Professional Studies. I completed the program in December 2022 and am eligible to apply for ACC coach certification. In this next stage of my career, I am on a mission to connect legal professionals with top firms and companies through recruitment and to develop effective leaders through executive and leadership coaching. I want everyone to wake up excited for Monday because they feel energized by the environment that they are in and by the contribution that they are making. Let's all say farewell to the Sunday Scaries. Contact me for a confidential discovery call.
