• In the managerial position of Corporate Controller I was responsible for establishing Lipman’s accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all financial transactions were executed and documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• I led Lipman's Oracle 11i implementation.
• Responsible for managing the company’s general accounting issues, which included revenue recognition, treasury, tax issues including transfer pricing, consolidation of financial statements and GAAP regulations.
• In my role as Corporate Controller, I was directly responsible for the management of 10 professional employees, and indirectly supervised dozens.
• I worked closely with the management and board of directors of Lipman and its subsidiaries and took an active part in Lipman's IPO on NASDAQ and a secondary offer to the public in 197.5 million dollars as well as Lipman’s sale to VeriFone.
• I was also responsible for the financial integration of Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. with VeriFone.
