Steve Vintz is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with an impressive background in finance, legal, human resources, corporate communications, and information technology. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Tenable since October 2014, Steve has been instrumental in the company's rapid growth and expansion. Under his leadership, Tenable has achieved an unprecedented 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth.

Prior to joining Tenable, Steve was the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Vocus from January 2001 to June 2014. During his tenure, he successfully led the company through several rounds of venture capital, an initial public offering (IPO), a follow-on offering, and various acquisitions. Steve's exemplary leadership and focus on balancing top-line growth with bottom-line results have garnered him recognition as the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Public Company CFO of the Year.

With a strong skillset in investor relations and business strategy, Steve has led all investor relations and capital market activities, regularly attending investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and speaking at public events. Steve Vintz began his career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where he gained valuable experience in financial auditing. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, graduating in 1990.
